1. Introduction and scope
This page explains the cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and pixels used by nexxoapp.com: their purposes, providers, duration and how to accept or reject them. The controller is identified in the Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. localStorage and sessionStorage serve similar purposes without being sent automatically to the server. Pixels are third-party code that records website visits or actions.
3. Categories and consent
Essential technologies are required for basic operation and security. Analytics technologies help understand site use and diagnose errors. Marketing technologies measure campaigns. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are only enabled after consent; you can reject them and still use the website.
4. Technologies used
- nexxo_cookie_consent_v1 — Nexxo, essential; cookie and localStorage. Remembers your cookie choice for 12 months.
- ph_<id>_posthog — PostHog, analytics; cookie and localStorage. Anonymous identifier for page views and site use, 12 months.
- sentryReplaySession — Sentry, analytics; sessionStorage. A sample of sessions to reproduce and fix errors, for the session.
- _fbp — Meta, marketing cookie. Measures Facebook and Instagram campaign visits and conversions, 3 months.
- _fbc — Meta, marketing cookie. Associates the visit with the Meta advertisement that brought you here, 3 months.
- nexxo_attribution_v1 — Nexxo, marketing; sessionStorage. Stores campaign UTM parameters and passes them to App Store or Google Play on download, for the session.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregated visits and performance measurements. They do not install cookies or store identifiers in your browser.
5. Third parties and international transfers
These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States. See the Privacy Policy for providers and data protection safeguards.
6. Remembering your choice
Your consent choice is saved for 12 months so we do not need to ask on every visit. After that period, or if the technologies we use change significantly, we will ask again. Clearing browser storage or using another browser or device may also require a new choice.
7. Managing preferences and withdrawing consent
Use the cookie icon in the footer to change your preferences at any time. Rejecting or withdrawing consent disables the relevant optional technologies and deletes campaign data stored for the session. You can also delete or block cookies using your browser settings; blocking essential technologies may affect website operation. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy when technologies or legal requirements change. For significant changes, we will update the review date and ask again for consent to optional categories. The current version and its update date will be available on this page.
