- Record who paid, the amount, currency and participants for each expense.
- Choose equal shares, percentages or exact amounts according to your agreement.
- Review the exchange rate, check net balances and record reimbursements when paid.
Keep the value clear
Agree the reference currency, exchange rate and settlement date before balances build up. Currency conversion tells you what an amount is worth at a particular moment; indexing preserves the reference value between recording and repayment.
